Early Settlers of Revilla: Juan Joseph Gutierrez and Maria Olaya Gutierrez

One of the early settling families of Guerrero (Revilla), Tamaulipas, Mexico is that of Juan Joseph Gutierrez de Castro and Maria Olaya Gutierrez de Lara. In the 1757 census of Mier they are listed as follows; "Don Juan Gutierrez, casado con Doña Maria Gutierrez, seis hijos y en sus compania otra parienta, armas, quince caballos y un burro".

I have yet to find who the parents of Juan Joseph Gutierrez de Castro are. The parents of Maria Olaya Gutierrez de Lara are Cristoval Gutierrez de Lara and Isabel de Benavides.
