An early settling family of Monterrey is that of Juan Perez de los Rios and Agustina de Belmar. They are listed in the 1626 census of Monterrey.

The parents of Juan Perez de los Rios are Juan Perez de los Rios and Agustina de Charles. I have yet to dicover who that parents of Agustina de Belmar are.

To date, I have only been able to find four children for them.
