Early Settlers of Saltillo: Francisco de Valdez and Juana Sanchez Navarro
An early family of Saltillo was that of Francisco de Valdez and Juana Sanchez Navarro. They lived during the late 1600s and early 1700s. Here you will find their family group showing their children and who they married.
Francisco was first married to Jacinta de Menchaca but she died before June 21, 1683, since on that day he had a marriage investigation done so that he could marry Juana Sanchez Navarro.
Francisco was the son of Diego Flores de Valdez and Maria Guillen de Abrego. Juana was the daughter of Diego Sanchez Navarro and Feliciana Botello Camacho.
To date, I have only found seven children of theirs and two with his first wife Jacinta.
