Early Settlers of Reynosa: Eugenio Fernandez and Nicolasa Treviño

Eugenio Fernandez and Nicolasa de Treviño

An early settling family of Reynosa is the family of Eugenio Fernandez and Nicolasa Treviño. They are listed in the 1757 census of Reynosa as follows "Jose Eugenio Fernandez, casado con doña Nicolasa Treviño, tiene dos hijos, todas armas, diez caballos y un burro".

They are also mentioned in the Reynosa 1750 Census and have four daughters listed. It seems probable that two of them married off. I looked for the children in the 1757 census but they were not listed.

I searched for the names of their parents and could not find them nor where they came from.

Through my research, I have only been able to find four children for them.
