An early family of Montemorelos is that of Bernardo Garcia and Maria de Leon. Here you will find their children and who they married.

The record that appears to be the church marriage of Bernardo and Maira is very damaged. One can only assume that it occurred about January 1, 1713.

Luckily for us, they had a marriage investigation done and it is dated April 4, 1712. From this record, we know that the parents of Bernardo are Pedro Garcia and Elena de la Garza Guerra. The parents of Maria are Juan de Leon and Ana Agustina Gonzalez de Quintanilla.

To date, I have only found eleven children for them.
