Early Families of Laredo: Bautista Garcia and Josefa Galvan

An early settling family of Laredo is that of Bautista Garcia and Josefa Galvan. On June 22, 1767 Bautista received "porcion" 20 on the east bank of the river above the ejidos (present-day Texas).

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find out who their parents are. We do not even know where they came from.

So far, I have only been able to find one child for them.
