    One of the early settling families of Camargo, Tamaulipas, Mexico is that of Francisco Ignacio Farias and Juana Maria Barrera. They are listed in the 1750 census of Camargo. I have yet to find out who were the parents of Francisco Ignacio Farias and Juana Maria Barrera. Below is a copy of the 1750 census entry and a transcription of it.     Francisco Ygancio Farias español, caso. con Jua na Maria Barrera Española, seis hijo Pedro Ygna cio de onze años, Martin de nueve, Gregorio Valentin de siete Rosalia de seis, Marcos de tres, y Maria Gabriela de pecho todas armas, Bienes cinquenta yeguas de cria, quinze Rezes, quatro Caballos man zos tres yuntas de Bueyes apradas, y tres mulas aparejadas.
