Looking for the parents of Victoriana Gomez
She is my second great grandmother. Victoriana G was born around 1850 and she was married to my 2nd great grandfather Francisco Acosta (the son of Benito Acosta and Mariquita Zapata).
Francisco Acosta re-married in 1883 to Paula Martinez.
Victoriana’s children were Frumencio Acosta, my great grandfather (born in 1870), and Nestor Acosta. My great grandfather was baptized in Tampico, Tamaulipas. But, his marriage record states that Victoriana and Francisco were from Cerritos, San Luis Potosí.
Frumencio Acosta married my great grandmother, Antonia Rodriguez, in Matamoros, Tamaulipas in 1911.
I cannot find a death record for Victoriana or a marriage record for her. I am assuming she was married to Francisco because the marriage record for him and Paula does not list his parents.

Not sure if you have seen it but I found the Civil Registration of Frumecios birth. It mentions that he is a “Hijo Natural” of hers and Francisco, both from Cerritos. What this means is that Victoriana and Francisco were not married. Either they married later on or never married. I guess time will tell as more indexing is done for Mexico.
