Pedro Lozano was born about 1645 in Zacatecas, Mexico. He is the son of Pedro Lozano and Antonia Urquiza.

Mariana de la Garza was born about 1650 in Monterrey and was the daughter of Pedro de la Garza and Maria Lucia de la Rocha.
