Hello Martin, on FamilySearch I found two baptisms for them. The oldest one is in Jimenez, Tamaulipas, and the other one is in Matamoros. The one for Matamoros includes the names of the Maternal Grandparents. You might want to look at the original record to see if all grandparents are listed.
