This baptism record https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:J9DQ-S2X shows Sebastian being four years old when he was baptized and being born about 1872. Unfortunately, the grandparents are not names.

His death record https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-9Y19-7BMR?i=3014&cc=1983324 shows a birth date that is 11 years later. Either they made a mistake and or his parents reused a previous child’s name.
