Hello Bob, thank you for letting us know a little about yourself. Those are very interesting last names. I have never come across Del Barco. I have seen some Jameson and have wondered how they ended up in Mexico. Soldiers or merchants come to mind but only God knows. I have seen Ybarguen but can’t remember where.
