As per the marriage record of Juan and Apolonia, the parents of Juan are Monico Olguin and Maria Antonia Basaldua. The parents of Maria Apolonia are Luis Leal and Francsica Perez. I believe that Juan was born in Los Aldamas since if not, the marriage record would have had stated it. The problem we have is that the church records for Loas Aldamas covering the time he would have had been born are not online.

Monico and Antonia got married in Reynosa back in 08 May 1848. Antonia was baptized 25 Jun 1826 also in Reynosa.

I have most of the siblings of Juan being baptized in Reynosa. it could be he was also baptized there but some records for Reynosa are missing.

I couldn’t get any farther than Monico Olguin and Maria Antonia Basaldua. Do you have anything on their parents?

The parents of Monico are Mariano Olguin and Maria de Jesus Flores. The parents of Maria Antonia are Jose Maria Bazaldua and Micaela Hernandez.
