Looking for source that Maria Rita Lopez de Jaen IS INDEED daughter of Ana Francisco Josefa Lopez de Jaen AND Francisco Hinojosa de la Garza as stated in FamilySearch.

1740 marriage record of Maria Rita Lopez and Juan Bautista Chapa does not list parents.

Sorry for the late response. Life gets in the way. Moises Garza sent me a booklet on the census of several early settlements when I first joined. Perhaps this doesn’t help but… I also have the difficulty of keeping everything as precise as possible. While I can’t help you with evidence on Rita, I have some ancestors with the de Jaen surname and the name jumps out at me whenever I am scanning documents/info. These were listed in the booklet entitled The 1757 Censuses of Laredo, Dolores, Revilla, Mier, Camargo and Reynosa, as living in the Villa de Camargo: Juan Jose Lopez de Jaen and wife, Isabel Maria Sanchez, also, Francisco Lopez de Jaen, wife Maria de Longoria. You may already have researched these names in said booklet. I have a Pedro Jose Lopez Jaen with wife, Maria Margarita Martinez, married 24 May, 1784. Don’t really know if they are related as I am very slow in my research. Good Luck.
