    I know my comment won’t help but I have none in my tree. Could it be an abbreviation or is it a surname that has survived to the present in your family tree?

      Hi Moises, I was finally able to break through my Gusme brick wall with some assistance from someone from one of your genealogy Facebook pages. Appears that line is de la Cruz from Bustamante but Gusme just popped up in the line for some reason. Thanks!

        I was doing research on the families of Sabinas Hidalgo and found many Gusme and some are interchanged with Guzman.
