  Hi Everyone, I am researching my Lopez line in and around Zacatecas. Panuco, Vetagrande, Jerez, Fresnillo, Morelos. Family names Lopez, Trejo, Viramontes, and so many others. Any suggestions for time period 1700’s? This is where I am stuck with my 3rd Great Grandparents Hipolito Lopez married to Ma. Pantaleona Trejo. Muchos Gracias!

  If you have not done so, visit FamilySearch’s catalog here https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog and search the places you are looking for to see what is available and has been indexed. Once you know that try Google to find additional resources such as websites, archives, and books for these areas.
