Early Settlers of Camargo: Lucas Gonzalez and Ana Maria de la Garza

An early family of La Villa de Camargo is that of Lucas Gonzalez and Ana Maria de la Garza. They are listed in the 1757 census of Revilla as follows: "Lucas Gonzalez, casado con Ana Maria de la Garza, tiene cinco hijos, cuatro caballos y sin armas".

I have not found the parents of Lucas Gonzalez nor of Anna Maria de la Garza. It is interesting to note that on the 1750 Camargo census they are listed as both being mestizos and they had the following 10 children
