  Parents of Don Jose Reyes Ortiz

  I am looking for the parents of my third great father Jose Reyes Ortiz from Laredo, he was married to Maria Antonia Gil. He built Casa Ortiz on Zaragoza street. I believe he was born in Santillana, Almeria, Andalucia, Spain. Any help would be appreciated.
